Description

Studios The studios of type A are comfortably furnished, each with an individual style and have a wonderful view over the whole Jandía beach. They are suitable for 1-2 persons. The following studios are type A: 4th floor: 511, 512, 513

The studios of type A have a living space of 41,5 m². The terrace has a size of 14 m² and is furnished with two canvas chairs, a table and chairs. The living/dining/sleeping room is equipped with a SAT/TV-system (international stations), a couch for excellent relaxing, a couch table and a table and chairs. The mattress has a size of 1.50m x 1.90m. The large wardrobe contains a litte safe.

The fully furnished kitchen is integrated into the living/dining/sleeping room. There you will find an electric cooker with two cooking plates and an exhaust hood, a fridge with freezing compartment, coffee maschine, water cooker, toaster, cutlery, cooking instruments, dishcloths etc.

In the bathroom there is a large shower, toilet, bidet, wash basin, sufficent hand and beach towels.

Included in the price: fully equipped kitchen, weekly cleaning, sufficient bathing beach and towels, garage, hairdryer, internet, washing machine, iron, and ironing board, safe, deck chairs on the terrace......
