The Penthouse with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two small balconies, an huge roof terrace with a phantastic view to the sea is the most spacious of all apartments of the complex. The following apartment numbers are among them: 3rd floor: 608, 609, 610

Each penthouse has a living space of 90 m² and 2x10 m² balconies with electrically driven canopies, a table and chairs. From the roof terrace of the penthouse which has a size of 90 m² you'll have a phantastic view over the beach of Jandía. There are 4 canvas chairs. The spacious living/dining room is equipped with a SAT/TV-system (international stations), a couch for excellent relaxing, a couch table, dining table and chairs. A washing maschine is available.

The fully furnished kitchen is integrated in the spacious living/dining room. There you will find an electric cooker with oven and exhaust hood, a large fridge, separate freezer, wasching machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, cutlery, cooking instruments, dishcloths etc.

Both bedrooms have a double bed (mattress size: 2 x 0.90m x 1.90m) and are equipped with a large wardrobe including a little safe and bedside tables with reading lamps.
In both bathrooms there is a large shower, or a bathtub, toilet, bidet, wash basin, sufficent bath-, hand and beach towels. The bathrooms have a window.
